TerraPower

In 2016, TruVision was contracted by TerraPower to providing engineering consulting services. TruVision supported the Molten Chloride Fast Reactor (MCFR) program and helped develop the modern design of building a scaled version reactor. Our key focus included electrical power distribution, controls and instrumentation, and utility supporting skids. TruVision also supported lab testing of various different microloops to help the TerraPower scientist determine the best material of construction for the IET reactor.

Lamina Project

System Integrator to support the design and programming of a shot peening machine. The Lamina machine supports the shot peening of military aircraft. Systems used for the development are Rockwell Automation.

Trident AG

Engineering and System Integration support for Trident AG at their Buena, WA site. Developing standards and procedures for day to day bulk chemical operations. Integrating process safety systems to prevent potential accidents. TruVision has continuously provided technical expertise to Trident AG since 2013.

Columbia Pulp Lyons Ferry Plant

Turn-key process instrumentation and analytical system, providing engineering, design, procurement, construction, and system integration services. Supporting the plants loading stations both railcar and semi-truck.

Threemile Canyon Farms

In 2015, TruVision was contracted by Threemile Canyon Farms to provide engineering and system integration services. Our primary project was supporting the irrigation department which included the 134 sq. mile farm, providing PLC / SCADA hardware and programming, process instrumentation, and fiber communications. Today, TruVision continues to support the farms automation and controls day to day requirements.

Y12 National Security Complex

System Integrator to support the overall integration of various equipment and plant processing. Efforts to include; PLC programming, HMI programming, and SCADA programming.

Fukushima Daiichi

Engineering consulting services supporting the design and onsite integration of the first Ion exchange filtration system for removal of cesium. Continued maintenance support through 2013 to help troubleshoot the system operations. In 2019, TruVision was contracted by Veolia to provide 90% controls design support for the D-Pit manipulator that supports the cleanup of the onsite cesium holding tanks.

Columbia Crest Winery – Paterson, WA Plant

System Integrator to support the design and programming for the filling stations. SMWE ships over 40k cases of wine daily and TVS has been able to design hardware and provide programming that helps with lost efficiencies. Systems used for the development are Rockwell Automation and Endress Hauser.

Hanford Site

Providing Sr. I&C Engineering to support Sludge Removal and Transfer to the Central Plateau. Additionally, TruVision has provide heavy equipment procurement to support the cleanup and demolish of the Plutonium Finishing Plant. TruVision has also been an integral part of the Waste Treatment Plant with Bechtel, providing engineering consulting services.
